2. Services
We provide energy and solar services tailored to each customer’s requirements. Quotes and services are offered subject to a property/site survey, availability, and technical suitability. All services will be provided in accordance with applicable UK laws and regulations.
3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Pricing is subject to change due to supplier costs, availability, or changes in regulatory charges.

Final pricing for installations may vary based on survey results or additional client requirements.
4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure solar installation services. This will be clearly stated in your quote or agreement.

Full payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may incur interest or service delays.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients can cancel a service agreement within 14 days of signing (cooling-off period) unless installation work has already started or materials have been purchased.

If a cancellation occurs after this period, or costs have already been incurred, Solarist Energy reserves the right to deduct applicable charges.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Energy Contract Switching
When switching energy suppliers through Solarist Energy:

You authorise us to act on your behalf to compare, recommend, and switch contracts.

You are responsible for checking contract terms and confirming that the proposed switch suits your business or domestic needs.

We accept no liability for supplier pricing changes, billing disputes, or service issues once the switch is complete.
7. Installation Services

We will carry out a site survey before any installation to assess technical suitability.

Installation dates are agreed in advance but may change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and declaring any structural or electrical issues in advance.

All installations are completed to industry standards using qualified technicians.
8. Warranty

Products supplied and installed by Solarist Energy are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Workmanship may be covered by a separate installation warranty (e.g., 5 or 10 years – depending on the service).

Warranty details will be outlined in your customer agreement.
9. Liability
Solarist Energy will not be held liable for:

Any loss of business, profit, or data resulting from delays or issues outside our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where prohibited by law.
